MEET COACH BYRON

Helping people build strength, confidence, and lasting results through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching.

With more than two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Byron Ross has helped clients of all ages and fitness levels improve their health, performance, and quality of life. Whether the goal is weight loss, muscle development, athletic performance, or overall wellness, Byron’s approach focuses on creating sustainable habits that lead to lasting success.

A graduate of San Jose State University, Byron holds a degree in Kinesiology (Human Movement Science) with a minor in Nutrition. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting (USAW), and an ACE Certified Nutrition Specialist. He is also CPR/AED certified and has previous experience as both an EMT and physical therapy aide.

What sets Byron apart is his commitment to meeting clients where they are. Every program is tailored to the individual’s goals, lifestyle, experience level, and unique challenges. Rather than relying on quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, Byron focuses on education, accountability, and practical strategies that help clients create results they can maintain for years to come.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Byron enjoys spending time with family, training, riding motorcycles, playing the drums, practicing Krav Maga, and continuing his lifelong study of fitness, nutrition, and human performance.
