Stretch & Mobility

Our stretch and mobility classes are intended to support your daily activities. So often, we do not take the time to stretch and create an increase in our joint mobility. So every Saturday, we hold a class to do just that, giving you the time to reward your muscles with a good stretch. In the class, you will perform several stretch movements along with movements that will provide you with an increased range of motion. Bring your yoga mat and your patience.   Get ready to have some fun. We believe in mind-body connection at Byron Ross Fitness for your overall well-being.

Group Cardio HIIT

Saturday's Cardio HIIT class is the perfect way to increase your heart rate and burn extra calories! This class involves three rounds of 8 cardio exercises with 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. After 12 minutes of hard work, you'll feel energized and ready to take on the rest of your day.  The Byron Ross Fitness team will push and guide you through this workout to maximize output and ensure a good workout. This class will challenge your anaerobic capacity and cardiovascular system while burning extra calories.
